Optionaler Fix/Patch für Trackmania Nations Forever (2008-11-26)

Den Patch gibt es zwar schon ne Weile, aber er ist ja auch nicht so wichtig weil der wohl nur ein paar Bugs im Referee Mode behebt:

(it's really only needed for use as referee, it's exactly identical to 2008-07-30, except for the referee mode fixes.)

This brings both client and server to version 2.11.19 (with the previous update the server was accidentally left on .16 while the client went to .17).
